Refund Policy:

1. We do not provide refunds unless person/s needs to suddenly cancel due to a medical emergency or illness.

2. Any refund requests must be made via email. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of the request and may take 5 to 10 days to appear on the customer's statement. ALL refunds incur a 5% transaction fee.  

3. Dance classes: Refunds or credits will not be given for missed classes / absences. Missed classes can not be transferred or credited onto the next course.

Class Policy:

1. Students must arrive 5-10 minutes before for all classes.

2. Students are expected to come to class prepared, with appropriate attire, footwear and water bottle.

3. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

4. Students who miss more than two classes may be asked to book a private make up lesson to catch up.

5. Students who are injured or ill must inform the instructor prior to class. They may be asked to observe class, rather than participate.

6. DWK reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, make-up classes will be scheduled, if possible.
